Equipment summary
Introduction：
This machine is column structure, including main machine, hydraulic station, electric controlling cabinet. Main machine is composed by base, plunger piston, platform, beam, automatic mould pushing-out device and compulsory mould opening device.
Usage：
It's suitable for all kinds of rubber vulcanization molding, molded products can also be used for other thermosetting products forming technology. It is suitable to vulcanize and form EVA, PE, PVC, the SBR foaming materials. Such as material, floor MATS, sports protective material, beach shoes, insulation materials, etc

Under the control of PLC, this machine achieves automatic mould closing, vulcanization timing, exhausting time and frequency setting, mould opening, mould pushing, and so on.
As a column structure and downward pressing type, the heating plate opens by the self-weight of the heating plate, platform and plunger. The rising of the plunger makes the heating plate close while the hydraulic oil provides the pressure.
The base is combined together with the cylinder and base frame, which is made of ductile iron to increase the cylinder intensity and a brad ability. The cylinder is fitted with the sealing washer made of the oil-resisting rubber for the sealing purpose.
By moving the operational handle of the control valve to the two different positions, the heating plate can open and close.
Electricity heating will make workshop clean with easy and reliable.
(We can design different plate size, different pressure , and other any requests from customers.)
