Products sell in domestic passed 3C and safety regulations;Sell oversea products have passed CE, Rohs, CB and other
certifications, you can consult our salesman for details;
3. Sample delivery time? What is the lead time for customized products?
For common products, it will be shipped within 2 days; Customized products will be shipped within 25-45 days.
4.Can you provide customized services?
We provide customized services;Cucstomer only need to provide your customized requirements, and we will operate according to your requirements (logo, color box, etc.)
5. Can I get some free samples from your company?
The company policy states that all customers need to pay sample and shipping fee if ask for samples. When you place an order,sample fee will be returned.
6.What is the MOQ?
The MOQ is 1 carton for the goods with our logo .MOQ for customized goods is 3000pcs per model .
7. I'd like to know your payment term?
We can do T/T or LC, usually we prefer T/T 30% deposit and 70% balance after cargo inspection before shipment, because T/T is more convenient and save time.
8.Can I do some colors on the plastic parts, such as red, black, blue?
Yes, you can do colors on the plastic parts, but it will cost a little more than normal white color.
9.Can you help me to design the boxes with our logo?
A: Yes, we do OEM orders and we make designs for customers, but because different client will like different designs, it will be better if client can offer their own design.
