For our existing products, if sample are available, we can provide it for free, but you need to pay the frieght cost.If make OEM sample, the cost will be around 30-100USD, it depends on different styles. The sample fees can be refund if you place orders.
Q3:Can I change the color/material or put my logo on the products?
Yes, of course.
Q4:How about the MOQ?
For stock product, no MOQ here. For OEM products, generally, the MOQ is 300 pcs per design. For some special, the MOQ be adjust upon actual.
Q5:How about your delivery time?
Generally, if we have goods in stock, 1-3 days are needed.
For the custom sample, the delivery time is 7-15 day.
For the bulk production,in general, 10-35 days, but also it's up to the styles and quantity.
Q6:What is your terms of payment?
30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.
We accept T/T, L/C, Paypal, Trade Assurance etc.
Q7:What’s the shipping ways?
Shipping by Sea/Air/Courier (DHL/ UPS/ TNT/ FEDEX/ CHINA POST) according to your request.
Sending the goods to your Chinese agent’s warehouse is also workable.
