1. Are you factory or trading company?
The factory, SCOTTFRIO is the brand under the responsibility of overseas business development.

2. Where are you located?
The headquarter and production is in Fuzhou, and the production of insulated copper pipes is in Shanghai and Wuhu at the current phase. In addition, we have export offices in Hong Kong and Zhuhai.

3. How is your production capacity?
The sales of insulated copper pipes last year was about 3 million rolls, with a daily output of 20+ containers. In year 2022, the production lines have been expanded, and production capacity can reach more than 5 million rolls.

4. How long can your insulated copper pipe be made?
The length of the insulated copper coil is 3m to 50m according to the current major application requirements in the market, and the length above 50m cannot be produced due to equipment limit.

5 .How many rolls can fit into a 20GP or 40HQ?
Loading quantities depend on box size/product length. Taking 1/4”+3/8” 20-meter pair insulated copper pipe as an example, one 20GP can load about 450 rolls, and 1060 rolls for one 40HQ.If mixed loading different sizes of boxes, quantities would be less;generally, 20GP can load about 3,000 rolls of single insulated copper coils (short-set products), about 6,000 for 40HQ. One 40HQ could load around 1300 rolls of normal 20m pair insulated copper coils, and the larger roll it is, the less it could load.

6. What certifications or reports are you holding for your products?
Our products have been exported to European, American and Australian markets, and supplied to Japan for years. We have UL certificate for the United States, EN13501-1 for the European Union, AS/NZS for Australia and New Zealand, JIS for Japan, and M1 and UL for France, as well as other test reports.

7. How long is your lead time?
Lead time depends on the order volume and load status in production by seasons.The general lead time is 7~40 days. The regular demand for a container can be shipped in about 25 days after order placed.

8. Do you have insulated aluminum coils?
Yes, we can supply insulated aluminum coils and insulated copper-aluminum coils, sizes are same as conventional insulating copper coils.

9. How high is the fire rating of your insulation?
The highest level of PE insulation is B2, and the highest temperature it could withstand up to 120°C; for NBR insulation can be B1 and B2.

10.Can we customize the insulation color?
For PE, we could provide this service, and different customers in different markets have different requirements for the color of PE insulation; rubber insulation are only available in black.
