PVC free foamed board is widely used in advertisement board, exhibition board, picture frame, etc. PVC semi-skinning foam manufacturing technique combines free foam technique and semi-skinning foam to develop new technology, this equipment has advanced structure, simple formulation, easy operation etc. The features of PVC semi-skinning foam board are as below: waterproof, anti-flame, anti-acid, anti-moth, lightweight, heat preservation, sound insulation, shock absorption; the process same with wood, but manufacturing performance is much better than wood. This production line is good enough to produce foam board which can be used in wide ranges. For semi-skinniing foaming, we mainly use SJZ80 or SJZ92 extruder; and for coextrusion foaming, we use SJZ80 plus SJZ65, one for new PVC and one for recycling PVC.
