A: We're a manufacturer. We have our own factory in three places.Kindly check our company profile.
Q2: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 100% as deposit for all the parts order; 50% deposit and the balance before delivery for all conveyor system. We'll show
you the photos and the test video of the products.
Q3: What is your Incoterms and delivery time?
A: Incoterms：EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, etc.
B:Delivery time: for conveyor parts, generally,we have them at stock,1-2 days; if customized,it generally takes 7-15 days. for
conveyor system, the delivery time is about 20-40 days. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the
quantity of your order.
Q4: Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures for your test and revaluation.
Q5: What is your sample policy?
A: We can supply some certain small sample if we have ready parts at stock and negotiate if we can bear the sample cost or not;
generally,the sample shipping cost will be in customers' side.
Q6: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
