Introduction
This machine is a stationary small brick making machine with simple structure and reasonable design. The durable JZQ reducer is used on the top of the machine to be responsible for the lifting and lowering of the mold box. The indenter adopts a simple and practical hook design for easy operation.
The vibration platform is welded with Q345 steel plate, and the connecting parts with the host are designed with rubber columns, which have good shock absorption effect.
The whole machine is equipped with 3 vibrators, which can provide strong excitation force, fast brick forming speed and good compactness. The mold is welded with Q345 steel, which can be directly replaced to produce different brick types.
