 I. Paper machine part:
Paper machine adopts fourdrinier type, press part is using pneumatic loaded device. The dryer part doesn't equip with half open type exhaust hood.Paper making process:
Fourdrinier →suction transfer device→ four rolls twin press→ one pc of main press→2pcs of ø2500 dryer can + 8pcs of ø1500 dryer can →3 rollers calender→ level type reeler machine→ rewinder machine
(I). General Introduction
1. Overview
This machine is 2640mm fourdrinier multi-dryer can paper machines for producing 70- 120 g / m² writing paper, printing paper. The finished paper is mother roll.
2. The main technical parameters
Main Products: 70-120 g / m² writing paper, printing paper.
Net paper width: 2640mm
Working speed: 70-160 m/min
Driving way: Ac frequency speed ,section drive.
Floor layout: single floor. Right hand operation.
Pulp proportion : 60% waste paper and 40% virgin pulp

(II).The main features of each part
The machine is using fourdrinier part, press section, dryer section, basic part, reeler machine.
1. Fourdrinier part
1.1 Headbox: double doctor roll, acoustic suspension headbox. 1 set
1.2 The length of wire is 8m, box type frame, the frame is welded with steel board, it is covered with stainless steel, cantilever change the wire, it is using polyester forming mesh, constant tension wire (max tension is 5KN/m)
1.2.1 Chest roller: φ600mm;
1.2.2 Vacuum couch roller: φ800 mm stainless steel centrifugal casting, Double helix line arrangement, vacuum box is cast iron, high molecular polyethylene article seal, with transmission, 1 set
1.2.3 Drive wire roller: φ600mm,
1.2.4 Guide roller: φ245mm,steel pipe is chroming,
1.2.5 Guide wire roller: φ305mm,steel pipe is chroming,
1.2.6 Forming board,SUS304 stainless steel frame;

3. Press part
The press part is consist of suction transfer device + 1 pc of four rollers twin press + 1 pc of groove straight through press. The first press of our rollers twin press part is double felt press, secondary press is single felt press; grooved straightthrough press is single felt press; pneumatic loaded device; the way of changing felt is cantilever type. The max tighter of felt is 4KN/m.
4.Dryer part
It is consist of 2 sets of φ2500mm dryer can and 8 pcs of φ1500mm dryer can.
5. Three rollers calender machine, 1 set
6. Reeling part: level type reeling machine, 1 set
