A2: MOQ is 1000 pcs, 3000 pcs for new models. Of course, we could accept small trial order for Gezhe brand existing products.

Q4. Do you offer sample and how long will it take for shipping?

A4: Yes, sample will be charged and express will be arranged upon payment, and usually around 1-5 days to send out package.

Q5. How about lead time?

A5: 1-5 working days for inventory products, mass production needs 25-30 days.

Q6. How do you control the quality ?

A6: We control the product quality by IQC, three tests on production lines, and 100% aging testing before packaging.

Q7. How about payment terms?

A7: 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment, or negotiated based on actual order situation.

A8: For 1-10 pcs samples, we usually ship it through alibaba logistics service; for regular orders, we would arrange shipment by sea, by air or by express according to the quantity.
