Installation Instructions
Instructions and precautions for use
1. Clean the precision flat nose pliers before use, and then place them on the suction cup of the machine tool magnetic table or fasten them to the workbench.
2. The suction cups of the machine tool magnetic table must be parallel. If they are fastened to the workbench, the precision flat pliers must also be manually turned to the benchmark for leveling.
3. Before grinding, it is necessary to ensure the removal of burrs from the work. Only then can its grinding accuracy be ensured and damage to the suction cup surface be avoided. When using the slider (Figure 2) to clamp the workpiece, the rotation force (Figure 5) should be moderate, ensuring around 50KG/CM2.
5. After use, in order to ensure the normal operation and accuracy of the OGG precision flat nose pliers, please remove dirt and apply rust proof oil for maintenance to avoid rusting. Remember to collide and damage during operation.

Step 4: When the work is finished and removed, the dust on the precision flat nose pliers must be removed before placing the next workpiece to ensure accuracy.
