A: Our product comes with a one-year warranty under normal use. All products ordered will be covered by a parts replacement warranty. Should any faulty product be identified, the customer shall inform us of the faulty component, and we will ship a replacement component to the customer free of charge. Additionally, we offer optional warranties for 2 years, 3 years, and even 5 years.

A: For outdoor displays, we offer LCD panels with brightness ranging from 1500 nits to 5000 nits.
Q: Do you offer software for the outdoor LCD display?
A: Yes, we offer OMC (Outdoor Maintenance Cloud) service software for free. OMC is our special cloud service software that monitors the display's working status at all times, helps with troubleshooting, and saves maintenance time and costs.
Q: What’s the packing like?
A: For LCD digital signage, we use thick foam inside and pack the goods in strong plywood wooden boxes to ensure safety during export delivery.
