Installation Instructions
１．Set the temperature: Press the SET button to set the temperature.Click the SET button. The data of the lower row of digital tubes flashes (the upper row is normally measuring temperature). At this time, the instrument enters the temperature setting state. Press the△ key to set the value to increase, press the▽ key to set the value to decrease, and then click the SET button. The instrument returns to normal operation. The temperature setting is complete.
2．Correction of sensor error: Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. After selecting the parameter SC, cooperate with the△ or▽ button to correct the error.The correction range with a display resolution of 1 degree is ±50 degrees.After completion, press the SET key for 3 seconds to exit.The correction value of the instrument is 0 when it leaves the factory.
3．Start self-tuning: This product can adapt to most control systems, and can only start self-tuning if the control effect is particularly unsatisfactory.Method 1: After the meter is powered on, press the shift button for 3 seconds to start the self-tuning.Method 2: Press the SET button for 3 seconds to enter the inner menu of the instrument. After selecting the parameter At, press the△ button to adjust the lower row to 1, and then press the SET button for 3 seconds to turn on the self-tuning.When the self-tuning is in progress, the Atu indicator light flashes. The process is that the instrument-controlled heating system fluctuates twice near the set point. When the Atu indicator light is off, the self-tuning ends, and the new PID parameters are locked in the chip.
