1. What is your MOQ and pricing?
Our MOQ is 100 pieces per style, design and color. We provide full customization and the pricing depends on the quality, style,fabric, technique and quantity that you are after.
2. What is your payment terms?
Sample fee will be paid in full. For bulk production 50% deposit is paid once order confirmed and the balance to be paid before shipping.
3. How long does production take?
Once deposit is paid and all details are confirmed, usually it take 30-45 working days to finish the production, however
production timelines may change owing to busy periods. If you have any specific deadline, please let us know so we can assess current scheduling.
4. How do I ship my goods?
For EXW price terms, shipping is not included. We can provide quotations in different shipping method and assist with shipping your goods if you need. Or you can use your own courier account or freight forwarder to ship your goods.
5. How do I submit artwork?
The best type of art files to provide are Illustrator based formats such as .eps, .ai or vector. These file formats are a must for the highest quality in the final product.
6. Do you offer samples?
We can do a custom sample based on your request and the estimated price range is $50-100, the final price will be quoted once details confirmed. We also offer sample packs which are previously made hats so that you can see the quality and different styles.
