4. Quantity (per order/ per month/ annual)
5. Any special demands or requirements, such as packing, labels, delivery.

A: Please send your samples to us with drafts (Thickness, Length, Height, Width), CAD or 3D files will be made by our engineer later on.
6Q: Is it possible to know how your products going on without visiting our company?
A: We will offer a detailed production schedule and send weekly reports with photos or videos which show the manufacturing
process.
7Q: Can I have a trial order or samples only for several pieces?
A: We will charge sample or mold cost first, and we will refund the sample cost when you placed mass orders with negotiation.
8Q: Why is there a mold cost?
A: When we have to customize mold,it comes a indispensable production process. You only need to pay for first time, and we will
bear maintenance cost of mold damage.
