INTENDED USE
Canine Blood Typing Rapid Test Cassette is a reagent that uses a solid-phase method to detect the DEA1 blood type of dogs.
PRINCIPLE
During the test, add the samples to the two wells of the test plate respectively, and then add the provided diluent to the Buffer well after letting it stand. Monoclonal antibodies immobilized on the sample pad react with red blood cell (RBC) surface antigens. Positive samples generate an immune response and red blood cells can be captured in the sample area as a red signal, indicating that the test is positive. Negative samples do not produce immune reactions. After adding diluent, red blood cells can be washed away. The absence of red blood cells is considered negative.

TEST PROCEDURE
1. Remove the test cartridge from the foil bag and use it as soon as possible. If the measurement is performed within one hour, then get the best results.
2.Place the test panel on a clean, flat surface.
3.Use a dropper to vertically add 1 drop of whole blood sample (approximately 10uL) to the two sample holes "DEA1" and "C" of the test plate. Let sit for 3-5 minutes. "C" hole is for quality control.
4. Add 6 drops of diluent to the “Buffer” well.
5. Read the results within 2 minutes, no more than 15 minutes.

4. This reagent is sensitive to humidity and temperature, please do not open the package before use.
5. This reagent is a one-time use product.
6. Do not mix products and components from different batches.
7. Please make sure to use the appropriate amount of sample for testing. Sample volumes that are too large or too small can bias the results.
8. Since this product is a visual test, please do not interpret it under dim light to ensure accurate results.
LIMITATION
1. Operational errors and other interfering substances in whole blood samples may lead to erroneous results.
2. The results of this test are not the only basis for clinical judgment of blood type.
