Ⅰ. Benefits of Pond Aeration
HCEM Aeration primarily helps break up thermocline that can develop over time in a static pond. Air is forced through the rubber membrane and circulates the water to promote higher oxygen levels throughout the pond and helps prevent fish kills from pond turnover. HCEM aeration system creates a healthier environment during the hot summer months and allows your fish to stay in deeper sections of your pond. During winter months, HCEM aeration system keeps a hole in the ice for natural pond gasses to escape.
Aerating your pond with the HCEM Aeration System has a multitude of benefits including ：

Ⅱ. What is Included with Aeration System?
There are a few components that are necessary to ensure successful aeration as below :
1. Air Compressor : The air compressor is the primary piece of the aeration system, it is the pump that produces the compressed air that is delivered to the bottom of the pond. The air compressor is placed on the shore or near the pond, but with additional tubing it can be placed several hundred feet away from the pond.
2. Weighted Tubing : Weighted tubing carries the air produced by the compressor down to the diffuser at the bottom of the pond. What sets weighted tubing apart from standard tubing is that it does not float on top on the pond, so you can easily maintain the beauty of your pond!
3. Diffuser: The diffuser is attached to the weighted tubing at the bottom of the pond. It is used to break up air, produced by the air compressor, into fine bubbles creating more effective circulation and aeration.

Ⅲ. How to chose and use the Cabinet type aerator compressor ?
Air Compressor Enclosures included three options :
①One option is for installing in Wall or Post ( The cabinet can easily be attached to a wall or post .measure and pre-drill holes smaller than your lag screw , then attached cabinet using screws . Tighten screw to hold cabinet securely (You may need a second person to hold the cabinet in place while installing). For mounting , we recommend using screws that are 2” or greater with a washer .
②Another option is for Ground Placement （Choose a location for your cabinet that will allow access to electricity . Make sure that the cabinet is placed for enough back to prevent exposure to water if the water feature could flood . The cabinet can rest directly on the ground）
③The third option is for combining the installation wall or post and ground placements two methods , so that once you get the machine , you can use it with two options together .
Air compressor enclosures conceal and protect your air compressor. If air compressors get wet or too hot, they will quit working. HCEM enclosures are specifically built to house Air Compressors Pumps to ensure a seamless fit. These Air Pump Enclosures not only protect your air compressor from the elements, they also work against overheating with the help of heat-resistant tubing.
