1. Are you a manufacturer or trade company?

2. What is your MOQ ?
Usually our MOQ is 1000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us you plan quantity , we
will figure out the cost in contrast, wish you can place larger orders after checking our quality .
3. How long is lead time for samples ?
For existing samples, generally it takes 3-5 days. which are free.
If you want to own your own designs, generally it takes 5-8 days. We will make a full new sample in accordance with all your requests .
4. Where are your products exported ?
We mainly export to Europe, the US, Australia, Middle East and Southeast Asia countries ,etc .
5. What format of file do you need if I want to put on my own design?
We have our own designers in office ,including me , i have 10 years design experience in this industry so far. So you could send us files in JPG, AI, CDR or PDF,etc. We will make a 3D drawing or draft design for checking its effect before making samples and formal production .
6. When can I get the quotation for my buy request ?
No more than half a day , sometimes , one hour is enough . Anyway , we will quote to you ASAP.
7. What is your payment term?
We request 50% deposit of total amount , and the rest 50% needs to be settled on the eve of mass goods finishing .
8. How is that packing for mass good?
We will use standard 5-layers cartons to pack all the mass goods , that is strong and hard , in order to protect well all your
goods and ensure shipping safety .
