Working principle of vibrating feeder:
The vibrating feeder uses the eccentric block in the vibrator to rotate to generate centrifugal force, so that the movable parts such as the screen box and the vibrator make a forced continuous circle or approximate circle movement. The vibrating feeder is composed of a feeding trough body, an exciter, a spring bearing, a transmission device, etc. The vibration source of the tank vibrating feeding is the exciter, the exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts (main and passive) and the gear pair, the motor drives the active shaft through the V-belt, and then the gear on the active shaft meshes the passive shaft to rotate, and the main and passive shafts rotate in reverse rotation at the same time, so that the tank vibrates, so that the material flows continuously and continuously, so as to achieve the purpose of conveying the material.
