1.Q:Where is your factory located? A:We are located at Shangrao city,Jiangxi province.It would take 1h and 30mins by hightrain from my factory to Yiwu city.
2.Q:May I visit your factory? A:Welcome!You can fly to Nanchang or Xiaoshan airport,then take a trainway to Shangrao station,we could pick you up.
3.Q: Can I order a sample before placing bulk order? A: Yes, you can order sample. We will provide for free samples if have enough stock, some products still be charge the sample fees, but we will refund after get the official order later. In addition, please kindly note that shipping cost of all samples should be paid by customer.
4.Q: What's your MOQ? A: Normally, most of our products are in stock, so we accept small orders. If you have any special request, we need to discuss and then tell you the MOQ.
5.Q: Can you do my design? A: We can customize products according to your request or sample.
