Main Features
1). The K1 MINI laser engraving machine uses our well-received 10W Optical Power laser module with beam compressed & combination technology. And this fixed focal length type laser module can provide more stable output than the zoom laser. The entire laser engraving machine uses a lightweight design and portable dimension. Also, it has easy installation structure and the assembly can generally be completed within 10-20 minutes.
3). Due to the use of alloy frame, non-slip feet and 3-wheel motion structure & Y-axis synchronization design, the stability of this laser engraver is great. Combined with a reasonable engraving speed, its engraving effect is also excellent. With few wires, proper notches and wire ties, no worry about tangled wires and misplugging. The sliding plate makes the adjustment of focus position more convenient and fast.
4). The laser module includes a removable eye cover(to provide basic protection for eyes, and you can easily disassemble it if you don't need it) to improve safety during use. It can cut 8mm thickness BassWood Plywood, 3mm thickness MDF, 8mm thickness Pine Wood and 8mm thickness Black Acrylic by One Pass. And it also supports air assistance function to improve the cutting effect. The focal spot size is about 0.08*0.08mm while engraving to provide better details for your work, and the engraving precision can reach 0.01mm.
5). The machine can be compatible with various mature engraving software, such as LaserGRBL, LightBurn, supports major operating systems, engraving file format supports AI, PLT, DXF, BMP, SVG, NC, JPG, PNG, etc. Diode laser machines are also easier to maintain than CO2 lasers. Just clean the protective lens on the laser module regularly with alcohol and cotton swabs, and its service life can be extended significantly. When the protective lens is damaged or after long-term use, it can be replaced to restore the cutting & engraving ability. A spare protective lens is included with the default set, more lens can be easily purchased from LASER TREE.

Based on the characteristics of 450nm blue laser, it can process a variety of materials, including wood, plywood, MDF, acrylic, bamboo, leather, aluminum oxide, stainless steel, ceramics, rock slabs, fabric, tile, etc. The combination of 10W optical power laser module and 300*300mm working area is more suitable for those who have requirements for both engraving and cutting but not large items. In this way, it is also quite suitable for beginners.
