1.Are you trading company or factory?
A:We are manufacturer exactly, but we have our sourcing team for customers whous to find other related bathroom products. We have our own factory in wenzhou city, but we set up branch office for sales team and sourcing team in Ningbo city.

2.Can you make our design with our LOGO?
A:Yes, we can. We need the pictures, the net weight, the description ofmaterial of each part and the technical size for our reference. Real sample is required for correct quotation Logo is ok.

3.Which kind of finish do you have?
A:Chrome finish, Brush Nickel finish, ORB, Golden, Antique copper, etc. You can provide the color sample which you want.

4.Where is your factory? How can we get to your factory?
A:Our factory is in Wenzhou city, Zhejiang. You can take airplane from shanghai/Shenzhen/Guangzhou/Beijing to Wenzhou airport, or take train to wenzhou South Station, then wewill pick you up.

5.Do you accept trial order?
A:Yes, we do. But 100pcs per item at least. Before order, we can send 1 sample for checking the quality by courier which cost will be paid by customer.
