Description
Fast drying wood paint coating for wood flame retardant
RF-700A is a kind of two-component water-based intumescent fireproof coating. It can form a fire-retardant isolation layer on the surface of foam or porous substrates, such as timber, sponge and polystyrene board.
When a fire source is close to the coating, which will swell rapidly, a protective coke layer will be formed to isolate the fire and protect the substrates.
Notes:
1. Remove dirt and oil on the surface of substrates.
2. Stir RF-700A/700B evenly before use.
3. Proportioning: RF-700A:RF-700B=1:3 (based on weight). Mix well after preparation.
4. Process: adopt the roller coating, with an amount not exceeding 250g/m2 on each layer. Don't proceed unless the previous coating is fully dry.
5. Maintenance time: >5 days for the physicochemical and fire-retardant test specimen.
6. Storage: between 5-40℃. Shelf life: 2 months.
7. Please use within 3 hours after preparation, otherwise, crosslinking and solidifying may occur and affect the effect.
