Large Capacity Expanded Polystyrene Dewatering Screen Panel Centrifugal Drying
This dryer is designed to remove the fluid from a product-fluid mixture utilizing centrifugal force. The slurry enters the dryer inlet where most of the fluid is expelled through the large drain(s). The product is then conveyed, at a high rate of speed, in a spiral pattern, towards the product discharge. As the product is centrifugally spun, it becomes dryer. Finally, the product is discharged with minimal moisture content. This drying sequence takes place in a matter of seconds.
