Microwave Instructions

How to Use for Heat Therapy:

Clean the microwave firstly. Then put on a clean, dry plate on the microwave carousel, and place the heating pads on the plate.

Microwave the heat pack for 60 sec the very first time.

If not hot enough, increase the next heating cycle by 30 sec. DO NOT OVER HEAT!
