1.What is your MOQ?
Usually our MOQ is 500pcs. we accept lower quantity for your trial order.
2.Can I get samples?
Sure. We usually provide existing sample for free. Samples charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free of charge. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to you designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.
4.How long is the production lead time?
It takes about 25 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast and punctual delivery time even for large quantity.
5. What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?
You can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone Matching System. So you can just tell us the Pantone color code you need . We will match the colors.Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
7.Which kinds of certificate would you have?

8.What is your payment term?
