A: We are factory. Guangzhou WEGO is an enterprise that engage in R&D， production and sales for solar car films and construction film which has over 10 years of experience in this industry. A: Our factory is in Dongguan, Guangdong province. We warmly welcome you to visit our company and factory.
Q3-What kind of products you offer?
A: We are a film factory, we offer auto window film, architecture film, vinyl wrap and PPF.
Q4- Do you accept OEM? What requirement?
A: Yes we are factory and OEM/ODM is welcomed. If your order quantity over 300 rolls then we can customize your logo both on the film and the packing boxes for free.
Q5-What certificates do we have?
A: We have different certificates for company and our products.
1). Company Certificates: SGS, ISO, and other certificates for exporting, such as ICQ.
2). Products Certificates: CE, IWFA, Quality Management System Certificates.
Q6- What is your payment ways and term ?
A: Our Payment ways including Alibaba security pay, T/T, western union and so on.
You need to pay deposit for 40% first then another 60% before shipping from our warehouse.
Q8-What is our daily production capacity?
A: 200,000 meters/day. We have 5 production lines for the film and can assure you of a fast delivery for films.
Q9- How about our delivery Lead Time?
* ,Small Quantity less than 10 rolls, we can delivery the goods within 5 working days. cause most of those films are available directly from our stock.
* For quantity over 100 rolls, we need 15-20 working days to prepare.
* For bulk order over 300 rolls, we can delivery the goods within 30 working days.
Q10-Can I get samples?
Yes, of course, I'm willing to send you free samples for you to make testing and you need to take charge of the shipping cost for it..
Q11-Does the total price I paid include tax or any other fee?
The price you paid is only include the product cost with shipping fee but not include any tax or other charges. About the tax it
will depend on your local custom and if it happen then you need to take charge of this on your own.
Q12-Can I declare as low value?
If you request us to do this then we can do it for you but you need to take responsibility for any situations happen like penalty occur.
