Aluminum custom UTE tray with toolbox and mudguard
* Size: 1800 mm L x 1800mm W or 1650 mm L x 1800 mm W
* Unpainted Raw Finish
* Constructed with Marine Grade 5052 3mm flat alloy & aircraft grade aluminium extrusions
* Comes with 3mm Alloy Checker Plate Floor
* no headboard for weight reduction
* 2x One-Piece Mudguards (laser cut & TIG -welded 5052 Marine Grade Alloy)
* Provision for side toolboxes
* Specially designed, laser cut & welded rear light panel with unique shape (made from 5052 flat alloy sheetmetal, not just from
alloy tubes)
* Number plate bracket can be supplied (when you have no trundle drawer)
* Provision for under tray drawer
* Provision for under tray water tank
* 100×50 High tensile aluminium C- channel as the main bearer
* Modular Aluminium extrusion system for accessories fitting
* TIG & MIG welded
* Steel chassis mount brackets (vehicle specific)
