Delivery and Payment methods
Delivery | 1、For less than 100kg, we will recommend you ship the goods by international express (DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT, and etc. are all available.) The goods wii be shipped in 10-15 days afteer received the full payment. 2、More than 100kg or more cartons, we will recommend you ship the good by sea. The good will be shipped whithin 30-40 days after received the full payment. |

Q: What' s the warranty you can offer? | A: 3 years warranty. It can be last for 5~7 years if you use it in correct way. |
Q: What is the lead time of your products? | A: Normally, our lead time for custom products is 15 workdays after full payment. |

Safety Precautions
- For the safety concern, playing with inflatables when they are being inflated less then 15 mins ,which is not allowed. Also, stop playing if you notice that the toys are damaged or leaked.
- In order to avoid potential harms and loses, please check and remove all the sharp objects that might crack the material before playing with them.
- Keep an eye on your kid when they are playing with the inflatables, adult supervision is highly recommended.
- To avoid the damage and instability that overload might cause , the maximum operating time of the air blower should not be longer than 10 hours.
