How to Use:
Clean and dry affected area. Remove the plastic backing from one side of the pain patch.
Put the smooth side over the area where you would like to get pain relief.
Effective for up to 8 hours.
To avoid pulling your skin when tearing off the patch, it is recommended that you apply a hot towel to the patch for 2-3 minutes and then tear it off. Or, wet the patch with warm water and tear it off slowly.
