A: We are an OEM factory located in Xiamen Haicang, which has more than 12 years of experience in the packaging industry.
2. Q: Can I get a sample before placing an order?
A: Of course, we can provide a ready or custom sample box before mass production. The ready sample is free of charge however, the
custom sample will incur a sample charge.
3. Q: How soon we can get a sample?
A: Usually, the sample production takes about 4-5 workdays. In addition, the express takes about 3 days.
4. Q: How to start the mass production?
A: We start the production once we receive the 50% deposit. The balance will be asked after we finish the production.
5. Q: What methods of payment?
A: Normally, we make the order link through Alibaba for both sample and mass production.Also accepted bank account and PayPal.
6. Q: What is the Terms of Payment?

7. Q: How many days for shipping?
