electro-catalysis method to separate air method to produce pure nitrogen. Electricity push layer use PCAN carrier and noble metal as catalyst in order to get pure nitrogen.

    SPN-300 /500/ GCN-1000 nitrogen generator is controlled by program, output flow rateadjustable and can automatically tracking according to requirement. Output pressure is fixed.Flow rate and pressure both very stable.

This machine not have compressor inside. Need to work with extra pure air generator.

1. N2 output pressure, N2 flow rate display, automatically stable pressure, stable output flow rate, output gas is produced on demand, complicate automatically work.

2. Two levels stainless steel made purifier, has deoxidizer inside ( no need to activation), N2 output purity is higher; inside machine use silicon rubber ring ( lower content sulfur), greatly increased gas output quality, guarantee GC basic line stable.

3. Equipped with safety parts, sensitive and reliable, auto anti catalyst returning.

4. Machine need to use alkaline ( KOH liquid) as catalyst. Have special treatment for alkali returning in order to guarantee safety.
