1. One year warranty for panels. If the panel is defected during warranty, you can enjoy free repair or replacement; 

2. We have mature and complete process on tender protection; 

3. OEM/ODM service can be offered. Customers' own logo can be printed or showed on the products or packages; 

4. 1~2% free spare parts can be provided if the qty over 30pcs; 

5. We can offer engineers door-to-door service if needed. But the charge of flight ticket and accomodation shall be paid by the customers. 

 1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?
     A: We are manufacture for commercial displays system since 2004. 

2. Q: What is your MOQ?

     A:  Any quantity is acceptable for your order. And the price is negotiable for large quantity.

3. Q: What panel brand you use for LCD video wall?

     A: Currently, we mainly use original Samsung or LG panels. And we also use BOE or CHIMEI panels in few cheap models. 

4. Q: What is the warranty? 

    A: The panel default warranty is one year. If you need 3 years warranty, the cost will add 15%~20%. 

5. Q: What payment method you accept? 
     A: We accept TT or west union. And you can pay 30% deposit for production, and 70% balance before shipment. 

6. Q: What's the delivery time?
     A: It depends on the order qty. 3~4 days for sample order, 5~7 days if order qty is ≤50pcs, 7~10pcs if qty is ≤ 100pcs. And over ≥100pcs, the lead time needs to be negociated.
