1. Can I get a sample to check quality?
A: Very glad to tell you that Our Sample department can provide free bottle sample for our customers to test quality.
Usually, we will choose to ship samples by DHL, FEDEX, UPS etc.Pls kindly tell us your company name, delivery address, phone number and contact person for safe sample delivery.
2.Can we do printing or label printing on the bottles?
A: Sure. Various of printing methods will be offered, such as silk screen printing, hot stamping and silver printing. And we can also provide frosting, color spraying, decal, polishing, plating and label sticker etc.
3. What is the MOQ?
A: Normally our MOQ will be 10000pcs. But for some bottles IN STOCK, the MOQ can be 2pcs
4. Tell me your trade terms?
A: EXW, FOB, CIF, C&F, DDU, etc. Negotiation.
5. How long is your delivery time?
A: 5 days if in stock. Or 20-35days if out of stock.
6. Are your products safe?
A: Yes, they are safe, all raw material we use are co-friendly, lead free, chromium free, and quality control department especially responsible for quality checking in each process.
7. How does your quality control?
A: We have our own 3rd part QC team to inspect each order if necessary.
