2.I have a design, can you make a product based on our design?
Yes, we can customize product for you based on your design, to do that, we need to receive all detail information about
your design, include the appearance design, functional description, sketch, etc.
We will quote development cost and tooling cost and start project after confirm everything with clients.
3.I do not have a design, can you help?
Yes, all you have to do is to email us your idea, fax a sketch or email us a rough drawing of what you want and we’ll send a
scheme and production plan for your to approval.

Q1: Do you provide samples? Is it free or charged?
A: For the first cooperation, we will charge the cost for the sample, but we can return the sample fee after you place bulk order. And courier cost for sample will be paid by buyer.
Q2. What about the lead time for sample?
A:Sample needs 3-10 days, mass production time needs 20-50 days base on order quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ quantity for mass order? And what about OEM order?
A: MOQ 500pcs for standard packing--white inner box and master carton.
MOQ 1000 for OEM order. If QTY less than 500pcs, further discussion needed.
Q4. How to proceed an order?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements including product, package and certificate.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements.
Thirdly buyer confirm the sample and all details as well as paying deposit for bulk order.
Fourthly We arrange the production and inspection after bulk ready. 3rd party inspection accepted.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on vacuum sealer product?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before ordering and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer one year warranty to our products.
Q7: What is your terms of payment ?
A: T/T 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance against the copy B/L. Or as agreed in contract.
Q8: How about your quality?
A:Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate is less than 0.2%.
Q9: Is there any certification for your products?
A: Yes, we got those certifications such as CE, EMC, LVD, ROHS, ETL, GS, CB, LFGB, REACH, SCCP, PAHS and ERP. If you require any other certification, further discussion needed.
