Z81X-16Q Groove Rising Stem Resilient Seat Gate Valve overcomes the defects of poor elasticity, fatigue, rust and other defects of general gate valve sealing.
The elastic seat gate valve utilizes the compensation effect of the elastic valve to produce a small amount of elastic deformation to achieve a good sealing effect. It is the gate, the movement direction of the gate is perpendicular to the direction of the fluid, the gate valve can only be fully opened and fully closed, and cannot be adjusted or throttled.
Z81X-16Q Groove Rising Stem Gate Valve has remarkable advantages such as light opening and closing, reliable sealing, good elastic memory and long service life. It is widely used in tap water, textile, electric power, shipbuilding, metallurgy and energy systems, etc. It is used as a regulating and shut-off device on fluid pipelines.
Main features
1.There is no groove at the bottom of the valve seat and it is a flat-bottomed structure, which is consistent with the diameter of the valve body, avoiding the accumulation of debris and making the fluid flow unobstructed.
2.The inside and outside of the valve body and bonnet are coated with epoxy resin, the thickness of which is not less than that, and will not crack or fall off during use.
3.The surface of the valve plate is fully covered with rubber, the rubber and the core frame are firmly combined, not easy to fall off, and have excellent elasticity.
4.The upper seal between the valve stem and the valve cover adopts three O-shaped rubber sealing rings, the valve stem rotates easily, the sealing is reliable and the service life is long.
5.The valve body adopts the casting process, which is consistent with the valve plate, and has good sealing performance and good interchangeability.
