IMPACT CRUSHER
DESCRIPTION
An impact crusher is a type of crushing machine that uses striking force to break up materials. Its working principle is based on using an external force to apply pressure and cause the material to break up, rather than relying on sheer force or pressure.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
Impact crushers reduce mineral materials such as concrete, asphalt and natural rock in size to produce a valuable commodity product. A fast spinning rotor throws the material against a solid stationary impact wall. The striking and impacting causes the material to shatter into smaller pieces.
STRUCTURE
The impact crusher consists of impact rack, impact plate, main shaft, blow bar, rotor, rotor rack, machine body, etc.A power plant's crusher consists of several major parts. These include the crusher body, the drive motor, the support bearings, the rotor, the hammers or blades, the breaker plates and the adjustable cage bars
