3.How can I get a sample to check your quality?
A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality. Blank sample is free and you just need to pay for the express freight. Customized sample will cost $50-$80 to cover the cost on film and printing procedure. The customized sample cost can be refunded back after confirm the order.
4.How long can I expect to get the sample?
A:After you pay the sample charge and send us the correct files, the samples will be ready within about 5 business days. The sample will be sent to you via express and will be delivered in 3-5 business days.
5. Can you do the design for us?
A: Yes, We have a professional team having rich experience in designing paper bag, paper box and other paper products.
6: Do you accept OEM/ODM?
A:We are welcome OEM ODM. The new mold will be opened according to design drawing, size, material.
7: How can we get the goods in our country?
A:By air or by the ocean. If qty is small, the total packing volume is less than 1CBM, we suggest air shipping, it needs 7 days. If qty is large, more than 1CBM, we suggest ocean shipping. It needs 20-30 days. It will be easy if you have your own forwarder to take care of the shipping. If not, we have a professional forwarder to help us do it.
