2) How can I get samples to have quality check?
After price confirmation, you can require samples to check our quality. Samples can be free of charge in some special case.
Samples cost can be refundable after order confirmed, when your order quantity is more than MOQ.

3) How long do I expect to get the sample?
After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days.
The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-7 workdays. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.

4) How long is the production lead time ?
It depends on order quantity and the season you placed order. After we received your payment, the lead time is about 3-7 days for customized sample, 10-30 days for mass production of MOQ.
We suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get goods in your country.

5)What about the transportation and delivery date?
Normally we use shipment to transport all orders.It is about 10-30 days .It also depends on which country and arrival port you are. It could be shorter if the delivery port is within Asia. If there are some emergencies we can send the goods via air express, as long as you afford the traffic expense.

6) Can you do logo or brands on products?
Yes, pls send us high resolution artwork, your logo and text, tell us how you would like to arrange them, we will send finished layout for your confirmation.
