Tube Type Automatic Fire Suppression Systems
Automatic Fire Suppression System -Automotive Tube Extinguisher is both fire extinguisher and storage container, designed to automatically eliminate fires in confined enclosed space. The system consists in special plastic tube as detection tube, stainless fitting on either end,pressure gauge. There are also other options of temperature monitor,fire alarm,GPS and pressure switch with alarm system.
When a fire breaks out, the heat degrades and melts the storage tube which contains the extinguishing agent under pressure. The melted tube bursts a hole as nozzle, which releases extinguishing agent to suppress the fire. At the same time ,the alarm goes off and the GPS sends the fire location to you.
The system is powerful and effective in its fire suppression ,and no maintenance is required during its entire 5-year working life. It also does not require any power supply for activation and can be easily installed by anyone.It is suitable for class A,B, C and E fires,and ideal for Trucks, Vans, Sports Cars, Luxury Cars, Boats, Yachts and switchboards etc.

• Open the box, and cut the cable ties carefully, don’t hurt the tube.
• The packing kits include the cable ties and tube clamps(with rubber lining), please choose both or anyone for fixing the tube in the protected enclosed place.
• Don’t use a metal fastening material for installation( Steel clamp, Metal Wire, etc.). The installation shape of the tube no
rules, according to the protected space, ensure can protect all the space.
• Don’t close to the high temperature part in the engine compartments.
• The minimum bending radius 250mm.
• It can be installed in the electrical board.
