Using the step:
1. Wash and dry the teeth surface water with teeth wipes
2. Clean the blue teeth whitening light with warm water, and dry it with tissues
3. Connect convertor with blue teeth whitening light with power supplier(Smart phone, power bank, computer, Charger with USB connect),with blue light.
4. Daub teeth whitening gel evenly on the blue light surface, thickness around 1mm
5. Put the blue light into mouth , bit it lightly to make the whitening gel close to teeth.
