Principle of WLQ
WEILIANG centrifugal Screen is quite effective in processing bulk solids and powder. The cylinder screen-mesh is placed inside the machine, the materials mixed with airflow and atomization pass the screw conveyor device, enter the cylinder screen cage. Through the wheel blades in the screen cylinder, the material is subjected to centrifugal force and cyclone propulsion force simultaneously, so that the material is sprayed over the mesh, fine material discharge from fine outlet, the coarse material which cannot cross the screen cage discharged from the coarse outlet.

1. What is the after-sales service of your factory?
Our machines are guaranteed for 12 months, excluding screens. During the warranty period, we will replace damaged parts for our clients. And we will continue to provide customers with operation guidance. We are available to offer help all the time.

2. What is the delivery time from the factory?
The lead time for general products is 15-30 days, but bulk products and customized products require longer production time, generally 30-60 days. (Excluding shipping time)

3. What is the quotation for the product based on?
According to different models, mesh size (based on material properties and estimated screening yield), materials (Q235A, SUS304 or SUS316L), layers, and motor voltage and frequency to give quotations.

4. Payment Terms?
We usually accept T/T, L/C;
T/T: 30% in advance as down payment, the balance before delivery.
