The automatic chocolate enrobing machine to coat chocolate on various foods such as biscuit, wafers, egg rolls, cake pie and snacks etc. Cooling tunnel is available. There are following special devices for optional also:
1. Magazine feeder:To simplify the feeding of biscuits or wafers etc to the enrobing wire mesh.
2. Granular sprinkler:To sprinkle sesame or peanut granular on the enrobing products.
3. Decorator:To decorate zigzags of different color on the surface of the enrobing products

Wiremesh Width: 600/800/900/1000/1200mm. Length of enrober: 2000mm, height: 1800mm.
made of SUS304 stainless steel(except motor, electrical parts, blower and outside of mass tank etc),
The mass tank can be pulled out for easy cleaning.
Coating system: One top curtain for top coating and one bottom coating, separately contrlled for top coating and bottom coating.
Blower: one sets blower system to blow redundant chocolate and made surface smooth,
one vibrating device: to move away redunant chocolate.
one de-tailer system: to take away tails on products when transfer from enrober to cooling tunnel.
SEW or Nord motor, Schneider/Omron/Delta etc imported brand electrics.
speed of conveyor belt: 3~6m/min. or made accoding to requirements.
Voltage: 380V/50HZ/3Phase, or made according to customer’s requirement.
