304 316 sintered stainless steel metal brass porous sinter filter for powder | ||||||||
5-layer laminate is a standard and widely used type of sintered wire mesh.
A single layer of fine woven wire mesh is placed between two layers of coarser square woven meshes, which is then added to two layers of a strong Dutch woven wire mesh and sintered together to form a strong plate.
The single layer of fine woven wire mesh acts as the filtration layer, and can be customized to meet a particular filtration rating, ranging from 1 micron to 200 microns.
It has excellent mechanical strength, high corrosion resistance, high-temperature resistance, and easy to clean.

Sintered filter cartridge is made of sintered mesh, is 5 layers mesh stacked by different constructures, and the wires is cross welded while sintering process.lt is also called diffusion welding. lt occures under super high temperature and high pressure and vacumm. our factory has the most advanced equipment, super big sintering furnace. We flat the 5 layers mesh and stacked in different structures. and put intothe furnace together, sintered 24 hours to 36 hours for one batch.
So our sintered mesh filter can keep good machenical performance and not deform when the machine meets water hammer effect.
