Manual and Electric Dampers

WK-1 coffee roaster is built combined with both electric and manual damper, which you can control your airflow is more precisely. The manual damper handle is made of aluminium alloy instead of the plastic one which can't be easy broken due to the overheat with using machine often.

Smoke Exhaust System

The chaff collector connects to the main unit directly by a hoop, one person can complete the installation, we phased out the long exhaust pipe connects to machine and chaff unit, the new direct connection greatly improves the exhaust system working efficiency.

Drum Speed Control and Data Logger

WK-1 is designed with the drum speed control and data logger. We use the Japan brand variation speed motor for drum speed adjustment which is more durable, the adjust range is 0-100 RPM, it helps you develop more of your roasting skills.The USB port is next to the drum speed control switch on back of the machine, the computer USB works with Artisan software for data logger function. 

Chaff Collector Cyclone

WK series chaff cyclone is fully made of stainless steel with a latch type door on bottom, you can easy to open and clean out the chaff by one hand.
On the top of the chaff unit, there is a stainless steel insulation layer to stop the heats keep delivering to the fan motor which sit on top of chaff collector while roasting. There are several bolts fasten a cover to chaff unit wall on top , that helps you clean up the chaff unit deeply by just taking off the bolts.

High Performance Burner

WK gas burner made in high quality and produces strong fire flame to fit different roasting requirements, fire flame can be adjusted to weak or strong by adjusting the gas gauge knob. It is can be converted from LPG ( NG) to NG (LPG) by replacing nozzles. wherever you want to use LPG or move to a place for NG,WK gas roasters follow up you in roasting anywhere.

Roast your beans in WK-1

You can do a sample roast in this 1kg coffee roaster, since it minimum can roast 100g to maximum 1.5kg. Front bearing is full stainless steel type which avoid any possible crack, large volume sampler spoon and roasting room glass window help you check your roasting level by every second. Machine runs very quiet, you can clearly hear the sounds of the first and second cracks, we are sure you will you love your roasts with WK-1.

Cooling Tray and Cleaning Access

Cooling tray works separately from the main unit, you can do roast and cooling job at the same time. Cooling tray powerful motor works with mixers for cooling down the roasted beans rapidly.
The cleaning access is on bottom of the cooling tray with a latch door, if you roast often, Please clean it once a week by a brush.

 Delivery goods to port

The closest port to our factory is Qingdao port, but we still can deliver goods to customers from any port in China.  (Shanghai, Tianjing, Shenzhen etc.)
