1. The aluminum foil induction sealing gasket is formed by cardboard backing, aluminum foil and heat sealing film layer. After the induction sealing cap, it will be automatically divided into two parts.

1. Induction lining materials are constructed from aluminum foil membranes, coated with polymer and attached to a backing material
by means of wax or polymer bond. This foil laminate is then placed inside a cap or closure, and the closure applied to the
container,bringing the foil laminate into contact with mouth of the container.
2. The container then passes underneath the induction sealing head, where an electromagnetic field creates a low level of
localized heat on the foil membrane, which is sufficient to melt both wax bond and polymer coating.

1. It does not need to be sealed; you just insert the seal piece into the lid (the letter side forward the lid) and spin on the
bottle lip.
2. After about 15 minutes, you can take off the lid, and the liner is sealed with bottle together, there isn't necessary to any heat sealing machine and easy for usage.
