Q2. Can I have a sample order before bulk order?
A. Yes, we provide samples for testing and check quality.
Q3. What about the lead time?
A. Samples needs 5~10 days, mass production time is around 12~25 days, it depends on order quantity.
Q4. Do you have MOQ limit?
A. Yes, we have MOQ limit; 1~10pcs samples is acceptable. Mass production depend on the different model number and existing battery in stock, pls confirm with sales manager.
Q5. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A. Samples can be ship by UPS, FedEx express, special line; it usually takes 7~15 days days. Mass production order can be ship by Air transport, Sea transport and special line.

A. 1) we need to know your requirements (voltage, capacity, Max discharge current, assemble type) and application.
2) Then quote based on your requirements.
3) You place an order and pay the deposit; we start to process the production.

A. Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.
