Hot Sales Straight Type Forged Alloy Steel Grade 80 Container Lifting Hook
Introduction:
The cargo containers lifting hook is a product with a dedicated shape adapted to standardized ISO-type container grip.Due to the shape of the clamping leg, it is easy and firmly attached to any of the side grips of the containers.
The lifting will always be done with four hooks, taking into account, if necessary (models ST and DR), the positioning of the grips in which these hooks will be attached (on the left or right side, corresponding to the match between the hook's leg and the lateral grip - the base of the hook forms an angle of 45 degrees from the perpendicular to the plane of the hook).
We also provide the variant of universal hooks (DIR), which fit into any lateral grip of the ISO cargo container, its base being perpendicular to the plane of the hook. Manufacturing standard for cargo containers lifting hooks grade 80 is EN 1677-1.
This container hook is manufactured with safety factor 4 - Minimum breaking load (M.B.L.) is four times higher than Work load limit (W.L.L.).
CAUTION: Do NOT use Breaking Strength for design or rating purposes. Use Working Load Limit instead. It assumes no responsibility for the use, misuse or misapplication of its products. All products are sold with the package understanding that the purchaser and/or user are thoroughly familiar with their proper use.
