Sure. We usually provide stock samples. Sending samples by Fedex, UPS, TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account. It takes about 2-4 days to arrive you.
4、Can I make my customize logo and packaging or private label?
Yes, please contact us for specific details if you need a logo or custom packaging.
5、How long is sample lead time?
For existing samples, it takes 2-4 days. If you want your own design, it takes 4-10 days, depending designs.
6、How long is the production lead time?
It takes 30-35 days for quantity within 100K pcs. For those items available with low MOQ 500pcs, we can deliver within 15 days.
7、What format of file do you need if we want our own design?
We have our own designer in house. So you can provide JPG, AI, CDR or PDF etc. ( AI will be the best for complicated designs) We will make drawing for mold or pattern design for your final confirmation.
8、How many colors are available?
We match colors with pantone color codes. So you can just tell us Pantone color codes you need. We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
