1). OEM services doable or not ?
Yes,sure .we are professional 15+years' experience manufacturer , located in Dongguan, China. Both OEM&ODM can be provided to you,and welcome to visit our factory.
(2). What’s your payment terms
50% deposit payment in advance and balance payment before shipment. If any query or anything we can help , please feel free to contact us.
(3). Is sample order available? Is free sample available?
Please kindly note that sample order is available and for new clients, the sample fee will be refund after bulk order placed.
(4). How long is the lead time ?
Generally speaking 2 weeks. If any urgent orders for your projects, we will do our best to expedite the process and deliver
faster. But for OEM orders, lead time would be little longer with the first order since we need more time to communicate the
requirements and confirm artworks.
(5). How do you pack my goods to ensure intactness during the transportation ?
We always take care of the products and pack them properly! For example, we use strong carton box (export carton) stuffing with
enough foam bubble and inner boxes for air shipment or express, and optional pallet packing could be used for LCL sea shipment for
better protection.
