Q1. What is your terms of packing?
A: Generally, We will ship the Pallet and containers in cartons and we will notify you before shipment.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery.
Q3. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, For new products, the lead time for sample is 20~25 working days, for batch it is ~30 working days after your
deposit. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q4. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes. We are specialized in making custom glass bottle. We have a very professional design team can help our client's design any
kinds of glass bottle. Or please offer your own drawing. It will cost 10-25 working days to make a new mould and make a sample.

A: 1). For stock products, sample free but you have to pay for the express cost.
2). For new products, we would like to charge the sample cost, which will be deducted once the order is confirmed.

A:We have our own department of quality assurance,we do spot check before every shipment.
